Program Participation

Participation Requirements

  • Participants must meet the fitness criteria specified for each program.
  • Required medical and fitness declarations must be submitted before participation.
  • Adherence to program guidelines and safety protocols is mandatory.

Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the program start date is applicable for 90% refund.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the program start date is applicable for 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the program start date is applicable for No refund.
  • If a program is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety risks), participants will be offered an alternative date or credit for a future program.
  • If Cancellation is approved, the money will be refunded with 15 days to the original payment method.

    Shipping and Delivery

  • Service-Based Delivery: As we operate a service-based setup, physical shipping and product delivery are not applicable. However, we ensure that all our services are delivered efficiently and as per the agreed-upon schedule.
  • Service Fulfillment Timeline: Our services are typically scheduled and delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe. Clients will receive confirmation of the service schedule upon successful booking.
  • Communication and Coordination: Clients will be notified of any updates, changes, or necessary preparations required for the service. Our team will remain in constant communication to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Service Modifications and Rescheduling: Requests for modifications or rescheduling should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
  • Delays and Exceptions: While we strive to meet our service commitments, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, logistical constraints, or other factors may cause delays. Clients will be informed promptly in such cases.
  • Service Completion Confirmation: Once the service is successfully delivered, a confirmation email or message will be sent to the client. Feedback and support options will also be provided for any post-service queries.
