Our Safety Protocols

 At Dynamic Outdoors, the safety and well-being of our participants are paramount. We understand the inherent challenges associated with outdoor activities and have implemented rigorous safety protocols to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for all participants. With over 12 years of extensive experience in outdoor programs, our team has successfully guided 5000+ trekkers, led 300+ groups, and trained 200+ outdoor leaders, and the numbers keep growing. Through this journey, we have gained valuable insights on how to be extra prepared and mitigate potential risks. Radio Communication

Our teams maintain constant communication with a base station via walkie-talkies, ensuring seamless coordination and immediate response in case of emergencies. We also have backup and rescue teams on standby to provide swift assistance if needed

Terrain & Trail Selection

: We prioritise safety by choosing easy and beginner-level terrains suitable for the age groups between 8-60 years. This careful selection ensures that participants can navigate the terrain comfortably while enjoying the outdoor experience.

Equipment Training

Prior to embarking on the outdoor journey, participants undergo comprehensive training on using equipment effectively and safely. This hands-on approach makes equipment handling intuitive ensuring safety

Weather Forecasting

We closely monitor weather forecasts and proactively prepare for adverse weather conditions. Our experienced guides and staff are trained to handle unexpected weather challenges, ensuring the safety of all participants.

Customized Medical Kit

Each group is equipped with a customised medical kit tailored to address common outdoor-related injuries and illnesses. This ensures that prompt and appropriate medical support is available whenever needed.

Zero tolerance for Alcohol or drug

To maintain a supportive and respectful atmosphere, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for the use or possession of alcohol and drugs during all program activities. Participants found violating this policy will be subject to immediate removal from the program, and reporting the incident to their institution/organization.
